You are corrert Shelby.  Only for the operator's own satisfaction.  I
received my RTTY-WAS  (#352)  and endorsements (10-15-20-40-80)  and
5B-WAS with the same cards,  no LoTW.  Just my own self satisfaction
made it worth while.  And Shelby, your call was on there for all bands
for KY, Thanks.. .  I printed  "RTTY" on a small label and pasted in
below the "5BWAS" on my plaque #2760, March 1,  2001
