Where in TQSL did you find the options for adding the extra information? I
just opened tqsl and see no options to add anything like you mentioned.
I worked you in BARTG HF
QSO: 7080 RY 2006-03-19 1130 AA5VU 599 0209 1130 W9OL 599 0244 1130
and uploaded my .log file to LoTW. Please check your LoTW account and see
if the above QSO shows my information. I have no idea if the State, ITU and
other information were uploaded. It is not required data for the Cabrillo
contest info so I question if you will find anything other than basic QSO
data.
