[RTTY] MMTTY and the BARTG HF RTTY Contest

There is a possible problem with the logs produced by MMTTY. If your log
shows a - between the sent serial number and sent time ... so it looks
like 599 001-0205 ... you need to replace those dashes with a space. If
in doubt have a look at the sample log on the BARTG website.

This only applies if you are using MMTTY for logging. Other logging
programs such as Writelog which use MMTTY for the encoding/decoding are
not affected.
