According to the rules, http://www.ncjweb.com/naqprules.php the preferred
method of log submission for Cabrillo-formatted logs is
via the web form http://www.ncjweb.com/naqplogsubmit.php rather than
e-mailing. Bruce has already received quite a few e-mailed logs. Entrants
will get immediate confirmation if they use the web form, otherwise, it'll
be weeks!
Those who submit Excel files should continue to e-mail them.
If you didn't use Excel, and emailed your logs, please visit the URL listed
above, and submit your logs there.
