[RTTY] MMTTY UOS Question

This question is for the MMTTY experts.
 
I have a newbie friend that is using MMTTY for casual contesting and when he
send a report of:
TU 599 001 people receive TU 599 PPQ. Obviously a number shift is missing.
 
Since I don't use MMTTY (I only gave it too as way to get on RTTY) I don't
know what buttons to tell him to set.
 
Pse can some one point us in the right direction?
