Windows XP right? Here's two possibilities...

1) right click on the .inf file. One of the options should be Install

Or

2) add the driver through the control panel

A. right click on display and select properties
B. settings tab select advanced button
C. monitor tab select properties then select driver tab
D. select the update driver button
E. select install from a lst or specific location
F. select don't search. I will choose the driver to install then next
G. select have disk
H. browse to the folder with the .inf file and hit ok
I. now you should see the model in the list, rest should be easy

Hope that works for you.
