There shouldn't even be a "Points" column in the 3830 score summary...This 
is what is confusing everyone...MULTS are weighted by band, not QSO's, so 
points are irrelevant...And to make it worse,  WL STILL only shows actual 
mults in the score summary, not weighted...Plus, it STILL doesn't seperate 
DXCC from CA mults, after at least 100 requests in each of the last 4 years 
on this reflector...Maybe for next year ???
