[RTTY] ARRL RTTY Roundup - No Can Do

Well, we did not get the predicted thaw and the
antenna situation is not correctable at this time. So,
with much regret and disappointment I cannot operate
this weekend. Good luck to all and I'll be back when
weather permits me the opportunity to fix my antennas.
