I program and use QRL? QRL? every contest - (have rarely seen it used by
others), on CW I usually hear a .., of course SSB elicits a yes, thanks for
asking, but I wonder what is the correct response on RTTY? A quick Diddle?

If I hear anything within my filters I generally move on in search of a
different frequency, occasionally someone will just drop their call in and I
work them and if they don't immediately drop a CQ I generally take the
frequency.

Thanks in advance for your ideas and thoughts.
