[RTTY] best settings for MMTTY

I use MMTTY as my standalone RTTY program.

Even though I've read the help files concerning the BW and AV settings.
It's still all Greek to me.

What settings for BW and AV do you guys (and gals) use.
And if I be so bold, why?

I've played with them and can't seem to see any major differences.

Running an Yaesu FT1000MP, FSK with a Mark of 2125.
