[RTTY] FSK/1000MP/MTTY Problem Solved

Thanks to all that assisted.  I solved the problem from a suggestion that
someone gave me.

It seems that the MP likes the polarity to be "Reverse" when using LSB and
RTTY.  No where in the manual does it say that, but I tried it and can now
be printed by some fairly week stations.
