The accepted definition of a RTTY frequency is the frequency of the MARK
signal as transmitted over the air. It doesn't matter how it's
generated. If someone mistakenly puts down his dial frequency when
running AFSK, he is simply incorrect. The contest sponsors should make
this clear.
Hear, hear! And if your radio is interfaced (as the SCC rules would almost
seem to require), your software should be able to do the math for you
automatically and log the correct frequency without any effort on your part.
