[RTTY] Friend file - Is the AF4Z site down?

In lieu of the discussion on the FRIEND.INI file I have added a link to Don's
site from the Downloads page on rttycontesting.com.

However, when I went to Don's site, it wasn't available and I've not been able
access his site tonight.

I worked Don on all 5 bands in NAQP last weekend so I know he's around.

Hopefully this is only a small outage.  Don, are you out there?
