One of the recent operations had that problem.
When I finally got him, I explained to turn of that darn 'NET' as he was
jumping around so
much we were missing the first part of who he came back to.
I also explained to use call at end of exchange such as.
W9OL 599 599 W9OL DE XX0XX K
They made the switch and things improved mightily.
If anyone sees this problem, take a moment to give them a clue.
I'm sure they will appreciate it as it will makes things easier for them.
