I wasn't sure this was correct, but it appears to be.  WAS has "RTTY"
certificates and "Digital" endorsements and I got them confused.

It *appears* that "RTTY" DXCC does include PSK31, et al, though it is not
explicitly mentioned ("Baudot, ASCII, AMTOR and packet count as RTTY" -
