It is worth every dime. Add both 8.215 and 455. Really
helped on RTTY in a crowded band. I have FT1000MP.

Subject: [RTTY] FT1000 IF filters

hi - A couple months ago I upgraded the IF filters for SSB in my FT1000D to
the INRAD 1.8KHz set. They made a HUGE difference in the receiver
performance during phone contests.

I was thinking of doing same with my existing stock filters for 250 and 500
for RTTY.

So, I'd truly appreciate hearing from FT1000D owners/users who have upgraded
to the INRAD filters as to whether it was worth it, and what bandwidths you
chose for RTTY.

thanks! - jeff wk6i
