And then there's the people who can send RTTY using one side of the
paddle for PTT, and the other side for FSK keying.

Well, I think there should be a premium put on ops who copy RTTY by ear
only! That's right, no computer, no model 19, no nothing but pen and
paper.
Now that would separate the men from the boys!
