[RTTY] More Stirring

Hi All

SO2R operation the way it is structured (only 1 signal at a time) is no 
different than
single op was in the past Why not either create SO2R as  SO multi radio
and as many signals as you want at a time  and make a class for  it.
Being a separate class would help level the playing field.
I know more separate classes   HI  HI
