[RTTY] T32 calling CQ today

Hi all,
I heard a T32 calling CQ this morning on 20M.  Due to a peculiar
software interaction, I couldn't reply, but they're there and someone
has RTTY capability.

If anyone knows how to let them know that somone is out here looking
for them, I'd appreciate it.
