Congrats to Frank Fallon N2FF and to the members of the Hudson Division of
the ARRL for Frank winning his recent election. For those to you who don't
know, Frank is as far as I know the only ARRL Division Director that is a
true friend of the RTTY Group. Perhaps there are others but they aren't
acitve on the key's.
Active in contests, active in Antenna matters, and one of the chief last
remaining hopes for Dayton!
