Hi Jim:
Had an SSB-QSO with 3B9/PA0HVA (working from 3B9FR's station and NOT
from the
hotel) a few hours
ago, and he told me that it will nearly impossible to work RTTY from
3B9. The reason is the extremely high
noise level on all bands when trying to work from the hotel or any other
place with electricity. Only way out
would be a generator and a place far from the electricity net....
They will return to 3B8 on next Friday and from there be QRV in RTTY
again.
