Mike, real contesting programs are pretty smart about the exchange and will
usually put the right thing in the right place in the log when you click on
it no matter what order they're sent.  However, the most convenient order is
the order used by the program you're using.  In the CQWWRTTY, WriteLog
pre-fills the zone for you, so all you have to do is click on the state.
For DX, you don't even have to do that - just make sure he sends the zone
that WriteLog assumed!

This contest uses a Cabrillo file.  Any contesting program that produces a
Cabrillo file will put the exchange in the proper order if you have put each
item in its proper place in the program that you are using.
