Recently  it was discussion in Russian Contest conference about
what ZONE number the people from UA9S,UA9W need to send in next
CQ WW RTTY?
May be somebody of sponsors will clear the answers for two
questions:

1. Are the UA9S,W need to send ZONE 16 ?

2. Are those stations located in Asia?
