John, as with any/all bands during a major contest, the "windows" are
expanded, and most do/will operate where ever they find a clear frequency!
Personally, I have some difficulty operating RTTY in the 7.025-7.040 window,
but if the DX is to be worked, it is necessary! As with 21.100-21.200,
operation between 7.100-7.150 is restricted to 200 watts, for USA stations,
making 7.100-7.150 a prime operating area for low power, USA, stations. The
"downside" to operating between 21.100-21.200 and 7.100-7.150 is that few
stations tune that far up in the band when they are S/P.
