[RTTY] Exchange Points Table

Hi Rick,

Presume you are referring to the table used for the VOLTA and the 
ANARTS RTTY contests, if so I don't think there is.

I first came across the table back in the 70's using it for the 
ANARTS contest, no idea where the table originated from, but it 
certainly helps to even things out for those of us in the more distant 
parts of the globe, so it would be great it you could include in the 
programme for those two contests.
