The rule is:
The BARTG Contest contains the class SOE 'Single Operator Expert All-Band'
which is defined as "any single operator with a top ten all band placing in
any BARTG contest during the previous 3 years"
It looks like WW3S was about 55th in the 2002 SOAB listing, so it looks like
you can avoid the SOE this year - But watch out for next year! HI
The BARTG rules page has a link to the Experts Page at
http://www.bartg.demon.co.uk/Contests/experts.htm to make it easier to
figure out if you have to be SOE in 2003. Although I would consider #5 in
the US an expert, apparently you can still avoid that class this year.
