In a few European Countries such as PA, DL, G and ON the licences of VHF
operators can be changed to HF allowed operation.
In 2 weeks 300 licences have been renewed by the Belgian Institute for
Telecommuncations.
A lot of these amateurs have years of experience with digi modes.
I suppose that many of these stations will be qrv in ssb and in digi modes
..... rtty alive and well ! How CW will survive is doubtfull.
In the latest SARTG contest was alive and I was reading new calls for me who
where not in de AA5AU master file.
