[RTTY] 2001 TARA RTTY Certificate

Many thanks to TARA for the 1st Place,  Multi Op - High Power certificate
for 2001 TARA RTTY Sprint. Nothing like a certificate from the previous
year's contest, received just prior to the current year's contest,  to "jog
the memory"! With what little memory that I have left, obviously it doesn't
take much to "jog" it!
