[RTTY] ww/rj canadian areas

In the contest were : VE1AI  in  NS, giving 599 NS 05
                              : VE9DX in NB, giving 599 NB 05
altho I did not see any VY2 stns, they would give 599 PE 05
There are still some old timers with VE1 calls in NB and
Prince Edward Island; however all new calls reflect the
changes to VE9 and VY2 respectively. This is why
post office abbreviations such as NS, NB, PE, ON etc were
sent ; rather than VE1 (which could encompass 3
different east coast provinces ). Seems to me we went
