It probably doesn't matter much in August, but I'll guarantee you from September on, if you try these low frequencies at anything other than high noon, you're going to get trampled. Why not just use the standard RTTY frequency of 80 up? Or for that matter, 1980 or so. Antennas are shorter, prop is better, and no one is up there. 73 Ed |
