Hello friends of the digital modes! It's about time to retire my workhorse Pentium 200MMX and get something (much) faster. I noted that all of those new machines have "sound on board", with only three sockets for external connections. My present Soundblaster AWE64 has four, line-in, mic-in, line-out, speaker. How do you use those three on the new boards and what are your experiences with these on board sound systems? Is there an equivalent for line-in? 73 de Goetz dj3iw@t-online.de |
