Hi,
quickly checked my full e-Mailbox (very remote :-) and saw all the
postings about the 10 Min rule, etc. .. just a few short statements.
1. As a typical S&P and SOAB contester I don't like the 10 Min rule.
That's the reason, why I have participated in the "BARTG Spring HF"
in the expert category without beeing an expert. ~:)
2. The contests ARI and VOLTA are not in the RWRL, because both contests
don't meet the RWRL criteria, that everyone can work everyone.
3. RTFR = Read The Fine Rules .. and make your decision!
