Worked Fred, PY7ZZ, on 17M just now.  I asked him when they would
be back on RTTY. He said in 40 minutes on 20M at the same frequency
as before 14087 mark.  This was at 0500Z.

GO GET THEM!  And remember to operate split.  When I worked them,
I was up around 14104 khz.   So spread out.
