I meant that I operated SOSB Low Power, which is exactly what I did!
Is SOSBL not a legitimate entry?

Agree....however, please explain how it is determined that my entry was a
low power effort, in order to allow it to compete with other low power
entries? The rule seems contradictory, allowing SOSB to compete with other
low power entries, but not allowing SOSBL as a category?
