[RTTY] YA5T pirate

This from the DailyDX bulletin this morning:

At this moment, all YA5T operators are out of Afghanistan on Christmas
break.  RTTY operations signing YA5T Sunday are a pirate, according 
to Peter Casier (ON6TT/5X1T), the primary YA5T op.  Peter expects to 
go back to Islamabad January 20th and then to Kabul within the 
following few days.
