To the "digitally deserving" (excluding obscene gestures):

Spoke with Francois tonight on 20m SSB and asked about PSK.  He said he has 
some noise that is preventing him from printing any PSK signals, and he is 
unaware of the source right now.  He can hear PSK on the receiver but cannot 
decode.  He said he will try his best to fix/solve the problem this weekend, 
and he has every intention of getting back on PSK.  No skeds.  We just have 
to watch and listen.
