[RTTY] MMTTY for the TARA Sprint today

If you are using straight MMTTY for the TARA Sprint today ,   %s  is the
macro you MMTTY users will need to keep in mind ..  %s  will echo back the
RST that you received and the state/province or serial number that TARA
requires.  Remember to put MMTTY in contest mode by going to LOGGING
OPTIONS, check the RST+serial number option, and also select your RST to be
599 and you are all set.

To capture  the exchange, click the state, serial number or province and
MMTTY will capture it to the RST area with 599 appended to it..
