[RTTY] Educational reading.

People are either going to have to get rid of Outlook Express or we
might as well shut down the reflector. It is garbage software. Probably
MS pirated it or adapted some college kid's project. In either case they
don't have what it takes to make a half decent mail reader. C'mon we're
talking ASCII here. For every email out there that is infected there are
twenty emails saying so an so sent a virus. 

By the way there is a contest this weekend. My money is on lousy
conditions. I'll probably give up around 2200Z
