[RTTY] TARA Certificate

Hi one and all,

My thanks to the TARA organisation for a very nice certificate received
today for 1st Place MOABLP in last years' TARA RTTY Sprint.

I am hoping to be active in this in this one again this year, but hopefully
from the club, along with Keith GU6EFB. Keep an eye out for GU3HFN this
time!
