Interesting topic ... Perhaps an idea from the use of 160m as a 'mult' band from the 'other modes' might help if tried ... On the hour, check 80 ... say for 5 minutes and then back to the other bands ... (or using the other rig or receiver) ... as in 0600 - 0605 I played for about 18 hours in the JART this weekend and was surprised how LITTLE I heard 80 and 40m Saturday night, and then Sunday evening ... 73 Billy AA4NU |
