Operating Time: 28 Hours
Single Radio
Software used was Writelog and RITTY.

Remarks: Bands were great until the solar particles arrived Sunday
afternoon. Sorry to not be able to read several of the stations calling
after the solar particles arrived. Seemed to affect the upper latitudes.
Signals from England were strong, but almost unreadable Sunday afternoon.

Surprised I got this many hours in as had a bunch of weekend committments
and didn't plan on operating this contest. A few were canceled making it
possible to operate in the contest. Also, it's interesting to see how an
hour job can get done in 1/2 hour when a contest is on. Wonder if this is
a discovery of a previously unknown constant of nature?

Looking at Don's, AA5AU, relative young age and can understand why he is
able to put in 41 hours. The older I get the more I find sleep moving up
list of favorite things I like to do.

Congrats. Don on the great score. You set some great goals and exceeded them!
        73,
        Mike, K4GMH
