I've fixed the errors to Jon's comments on my web page for
the Kenwood TS-570DG. Sorry to Jon for taking so long to do this.

Earlier this year I added comments from several RTTY operators
on various radios they were using or have used in the past on RTTY.
Most of the common radios from Kenwood, Icom, Ten-Tec and Yaesu are
listed with comments. Access to the various pages are from my
RTTY page at: http://www.geocities.com/aa5au/rtty.html

If you see a radio not listed that you have used or wish to add
comments about a radio already listed, feel free to send me your
comments. You can send your comments by replying to this address
or to my home address at: aa5au@bellsouth.net

One radio I do not have comments on is the new Kenwood TS-2000.
Anyone using one of those on RTTY yet? I looked the radio over
at Dayton and was not impressed with it's physical layout. That
doesn't mean it not a good radio though.

Thanks,
Don AA5AU

Tom you can go to Don's page

http://www.geocities.com/aa5au/kenwood_page2.html

for my comments re RTTY on the 570DG. While there are some gaps and typos
in the text I wish coud be fixed, the essence holds up.

Nice little rig, but no monitoring available when sending direct FSK. If
you use MMTTY there is a work around monitoring off the sound card while
sending straight FSK.
