Regarding low numbers, RK9CWA showed up on 15 m with a record low 1928 and
VE3CWE was giving 1933. Missed W2JGR/0 famous 1935.
Several distinguished stations had too short transmission and I got OH7Mn,
7L4Iou and OH2BPxxx initially. Few msec spared at high cost!
X-flare left local EU contacts undisturbed. RTTY portion of 20 m had
terrible QRM claimed to be from OTHR_adar at 5B island.
Frequencies bellow 14050 and above 14100 kHz were clean. I guess AMD
testing has begun...

When I'd suggested to Mario to use 4 digits instead of two,
for the exchange, I never thought any of us would live to see
the usefulness :-).
Long path propagation to Europe in the Oregon evening was
better than I have seen in a while. Some of the European
stations actually heard me!
The T22SC was quite frustrated with the contest, it seems. A
few times that I tuned across him, I heard him repeat that he was
not in the contest. Another time, I heard some contester pester
him for an exchange, transmitting over other people.
High point of the contest: I heard Eddie blow his stack at
a frequency thief! That was entertaining :-).
