Hi again..............
I just found out that he had probably had it in his system for a day or two,
but he tells me he realised it was a virus when he booted the PC, and it
said there were emails to be sent. He knew he hadn't written any, so the
outbox should have been empty!
You also need to do things to the Registry, and he is scared of doing this
bit! However, one of the files he has to delete is refusing to be deleted,
saying that it is not permitted, hence the problems he has.
Just because you have an AV package doesn't guarantee immunity!
