I'm surprised only one person caught this. NA multipliers are per
band and not just once. I scanned the rules before I post this but
somehow missed the mults per band info.
It doesn't matter... All QSO's are welcome here regardless of
QTH and the mults per band scoring makes 80M that much more
important.
