And after reading you info below, looks like I had better go read the =
rules.
Last time I tried to work a US station in the NAQP he told me "sorry, I =
can
only work other USA stations".. And I have never been back to that
contest..... Maybe I have judged it too harshly and done so on the =
word
of someone who didn't know himself what was going on...... "that'll =
learn
me"
