That appears to lack certification to the UL standard for ebike
chargers.  I would recommend that you remove it and the conversion kit
(at least the batteries) from the house, and not let any uncertified
ebike/etc. stuff come with 10m of the building.

It also appears to lack FCC Part 15 Class B certification.
