Been there, done that…..Solar Edge will respond, but you are at the mercy of
the third party installer. My neighbors system was finally fixed two years
after installation, but part of that time was Covid. BTW, the Solar Edge
engineer, who on onsite during the conversion told me the same thing, all new
units would have the latest optimizers and twisted cabling with ferrites, and
that was in 2021.
