A useful data point. Given the labor involved in installing the ferrites after the panels were installed, I decided it was cheap insurance to just put them on first.

Both my immediate neighbor and I have Enphase systems. I had single-turn
ferrite cores put on all the leads of both, and I've detected absolutely no
RFI from them. Whether the ferrites were necessary is unknown, but the
single turn may not have had much effect at HF.
