Yep, same thing here. I work with numerous utility companies in the
Central Indiana area and they are all different regarding what
department/group within their company deals with RFI reported issues. I
actually often have direct contact with Duke Engineering Power Quality
Group employees (cell phone numbers, etc.) that deals with RFI, but the
employees come and go (transfer to different departments or retire), so I
often have to start all over again in regards to having direct contact with
someone in that group.
